Loch Sport Marina
The only secure Marina on the southern side of Lake Victoria.
We are situated on Lake Victoria on the western side of the Gippsland Lakes in Loch Sport. Next to the Loch Sport Marina Hotel, within a short walking distance to the Supermarket, Take aways and the Medical Centre.
The Marina is extremely sheltered
The Marina is extremely sheltered with minimal tidal effect
Wet & Dry
We have wet and dry berths available. Moorings are available for short or long term.
Launching Ramp
We have a launching ramp & Electricity on most of the premises and jetties
Parking
Limited daytime and overnight secured parking available. BBQ & a shelter onsite.
Toilets & Showers
As we have no reticulated water supply, Bore water & a limited amount of rainwater is available
The secret of success
We are the closest Marina from Melbourne to the Gippsland Lakes. From Dandenong only two and a half hours travel.
Friendly Community
With the pub just meters away and shopping in the town a short walk away, we are well situated. Just 45 mins to the next major town of Sale.
Boat size & depth
We cater for boats from 5-14m in length but are restricted to approximately 1.6 depth mainly in the channel entrance.
Sandy Beaches
Loch Sport is blessed with sandy beaches. A narrow spit of land between Lake Victoria and the 90 mile beach. You can enjoy day trips to Paynesville, Metung and Lakes Entrance.
Fishing
Both the Lake and the ninety mile beach are abundant in fish. A short trip to The Grange wharf where you just climb over the sand dune and you are on the 90 mile beach.
